Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VI340COMICS LLC (“VI340COMICS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed through vi340comics.com.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In their original condition

    • With original tags/labels still attached

    • In the original packaging, if possible

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., custom names, special prints, limited collab drops)

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance/markdown items clearly marked as “Final Sale”

If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or defective, please see Section 4 (Defective or Damaged Items).


3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Subject Line Suggestion: “Return Request – [Order Number]”

Include in your email:

  1. Your full name

  2. Order number

  3. The item(s) you want to return

  4. Reason for the return

  5. Photos (if the item is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect)

We’ll respond with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important:
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Not what you ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item

  • Store credit

  • A full or partial refund


5. Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges by processing a return + new purchase:

  1. You return the original item (if eligible).

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the size/color/item you prefer.

If you’re unsure about sizing or fit, feel free to reach out before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, incorrect item, misprint, etc.):

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If the return is due to our mistake, we may provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover reasonable return shipping costs.


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that:

  • Your return has been received, and

  • Whether it has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit, if you choose).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund after we issue it.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to an error on our part.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@vi340comics.com with your name and order number.


9. International Orders (If Applicable)

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.


10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site and placing orders after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
