Shipping, Delivery, and preorder information

Thanks for supporting VI340COMICS LLC and rocking the merch! This page explains how shipping works for orders placed through vi340comics.com, including how we handle pre-orders.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States Virgin Islands

  • United States (mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

If your location isn’t listed at checkout, reach out to us at contact@vi340comics.com and we’ll let you know if we can arrange shipping.


2. Order Processing Times (In-Stock Items)

For in-stock items (non-preorders):

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before your package is handed over to the carrier.

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: During busy times (new drops, holidays, sales) processing may take a little longer.


3. Pre-Orders: How They Work

From time to time, we offer pre-order items—special releases that are made after you order.

3.1 Pre-Order Fulfillment Time

Pre-orders typically take a few weeks to fulfill, as they are produced in batches. In general:

  • Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks from the end of the pre-order period for production and fulfillment.

  • This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to production schedules, supply chain issues, or shipping delays.

We’ll update you by email if there are any major changes to the estimated timeline.

3.2 Charges for Pre-Orders

  • Your payment method is charged at checkout, just like a regular order.

  • This secures your size and guarantees your spot in the pre-order.

3.3 Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock)

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may:

  • Ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready, or

  • Ship in-stock items first and pre-orders later, depending on the setup for that drop.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and ready-to-ship items.


4. Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Package weight and size

  • Shipping method selected

You’ll see the available options and pricing before you finalize your order.


5. Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)

Once your order has shipped (in-stock or pre-order):

  • USVI & USA: Typically 3–10 business days, depending on the carrier and chosen method.

  • International (if offered): Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

These are estimates only. We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, but we’ll make sure your order is handed to the carrier as quickly as possible once it’s ready.


6. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to track your package online (where available)

If your tracking shows no movement after several days, or if it says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office/carrier.

  2. Wait 1–2 business days to see if it arrives.

  3. If there’s still an issue, contact us at contact@vi340comics.com with your order number.


7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@vi340comics.com with your order number and updated address.

  • If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, we can arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery is largely in their hands. That said, we want to help where we can.

  • Delayed packages: Please allow extra time during holidays, weather events, or carrier disruptions.

  • Marked as delivered but not received:

    • Check with neighbors, household members, or your building’s office.

    • Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at contact@vi340comics.com and we’ll review the situation with you.

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist.


9. International Shipping, Customs & Duties (If Applicable)

If we ship to your country:

  • Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authorities.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are your responsibility.

  • We cannot control or predict these fees.

Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.


10. Changes & Updates

We may update our shipping practices from time to time. When we do:

  • We’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

  • Changes apply to orders placed after the updated policy is posted.
